A Blizzard Warning remains in effect to 6 pm Monday, February 23, 2026 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Caroline.

…BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING…

WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

WHERE…In Delaware, Kent and New Castle Counties. In Maryland, Caroline, Queen Annes, and Talbot Counties.

WHEN…Until 6 PM EST this evening.

IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
