Arena Football League telecasts on NFL Network canceled for weeks 2 & 3

‍

‍
Arena Football League telecasts on NFL Network originally scheduled for both weeks two and three of 2024 AFL play have been pulled from the network, as confirmed by Zap2it’s and the NFL website’s own television listings for NFL Network.
‍

Thursday’s Nashville Kats at Albany Firebirds game along with Sunday’s West Texas Desert Hawks at Orlando Predators and Philadelphia Soul at Minnesota Myth games will instead reportedly air via the Vyre streaming service. It isn’t clear yet where the canceled week three NFLN game telecasts will air instead although Vyre would seem likely.
‍‍‍

While equipment issues were blamed for the week 1 TV cancellations, it is unclear why Arena Football League game telecasts were subsequently pulled for at least the next two weeks. It also isn’t known whether AFL games will now be off NFLN altogether as television listings only extend outward for the next 10 to 14 days.
