A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 am to 3 pm Wednesday, February 11, 2026 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: western Garrett.
WEST VIRGINIA: western Grant, western Pendleton.

…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 3 PM EST WEDNESDAY…

WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

WHERE…In Maryland, Western Garrett County. In West Virginia, l Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

WHEN…From 3 AM to 3 PM EST Wednesday.

IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Occasional freezing drizzle may lead to slippery conditions late tonight through early Wednesday afternoon. Snow showers could continue at times Wednesday night and Thursday.
