 A Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect to 7 am Friday, October 3, 2025 including the following jurisdictions.
MARYLAND: Anne Arundel.

…COASTAL FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT THIS MORNING…
WHAT…Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.
WHERE…Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.
WHEN…Until 7 AM EDT this morning, especially around the time of high tide.
IMPACTS…At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 2:41 AM and 2:42 PM.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
