 A Coastal Flood Watch is in effect from 5 pm Friday, October 10, 2025 to 12 am including the following jurisdictions.
MARYLAND: Anne Arundel.

…COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING…
WHAT…Around two feet of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.
WHERE…Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.
WHEN…From Friday afternoon through Friday evening, especially around the time of high tide.
IMPACTS…At 3.0 feet, Compromise Street begins to flood in Annapolis. Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is occurring.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 7:33 AM and 9:01 PM.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
Time of high total tides are approximate to the nearest hour.
