VIRGINIA: Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Page, Nelson, Albemarle, Greene.
WEST VIRGINIA: Hardy, eastern Grant, eastern Pendleton.

WHERE…In Virginia, Albemarle, Greene, Nelson, Page, Shenandoah, Augusta, and Rockingham Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Pendleton, and Hardy Counties.
WHEN…Until noon EST today.
IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
