DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
MARYLAND: Washington, Frederick, Carroll, northern Baltimore, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert, Montgomery, Howard.
VIRGINIA: Rockingham, Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren, Clarke, Nelson, Albemarle, Greene, Madison, Rappahannock, Orange, Culpeper, Fairfax, Arlington, Falls Church, Alexandria, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Manassas, Manassas Park.
WEST VIRGINIA: Berkeley, Jefferson.

IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
