WHERE…In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany, and Western Garrett Counties, In West Virginia, Eastern Mineral and Western Mineral Counties.
WHEN…Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
