MARYLAND: Allegany, Garrett.
VIRGINIA: Rockingham, Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren, Clarke, Highland.
WEST VIRGINIA: Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson, Hardy, Grant, Mineral, Pendleton.

WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
WHERE…Portions of western Maryland, northwest and western Virginia, and eastern and panhandle West Virginia.
WHEN…Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
