WHERE…In Maryland, Washington and Central and Eastern Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Berkeley, and Morgan Counties.
WHEN…Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
