A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect to 8 am Thursday, September 18, 2025 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: Washington, central/eastern Allegany.
WEST VIRGINIA: Hampshire, Morgan, Berkeley, eastern Mineral.

…DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING…

WHAT…Visibility one quarter of a mile or less in dense fog.

WHERE…In Maryland, Washington and Central and Eastern Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Berkeley, and Morgan Counties.

WHEN…Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
