A Flash Flood Warning remains in effect to 9:15 pm Monday, July 14, 2025 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: northeastern Anne Arundel, east central Howard, southeastern Baltimore, Baltimore City.

…FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR NORTHEASTERN ANNE ARUNDEL, EAST CENTRAL HOWARD AND SOUTHEASTERN BALTIMORE COUNTIES AND BALTIMORE CITY…

At 747 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported several flooded roads across the warned area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE…Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
