A Flash Flood Warning is in effect to 9 pm Wednesday, August 13, 2025 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: north central Anne Arundel, south central Baltimore, Baltimore City.

Until 900 PM EDT.

At 547 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
