WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
WHERE…A portion of eastern West Virginia, including the following county, Mineral.
WHEN…Until 730 AM EDT Saturday.
IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

– At 127 AM EDT, The stream gauge on Patterson Creek near Headsville indicates that flooding is about to occur. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen earlier this evening over a relatively short timeframe, resulting in a steady rise in stream levels over the past several hours.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
