WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE…Portions of central, northeast, and northern Maryland, including the following areas, in central Maryland, Anne Arundel. In northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern Maryland, Southeast Harford and Southern Baltimore.
WHEN…Until midnight EDT tonight.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
 – Thunderstorms with heavy rain will gradually exit the area by midnight, but locally intense rainfall rates continue.

WHERE…Portions of western Maryland, including the following areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany and Western Garrett, western Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Highland and Western Highland, and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Western Grant, Western Mineral and Western Pendleton.

IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
