WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE…A portion of northeast Maryland, including the following county, Cecil.
WHEN…Until 6 PM EDT this evening.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
 ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
 – Heavy rain continues across Cecil county, with an additional inch of rain being possible. Rain should come to an end over the next hour or two.

WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE…Portions of Delaware, including the following areas, Inland Sussex, Kent and New Castle and northeast Maryland, including the following areas, Caroline, Kent MD, Queen Annes and Talbot.
WHEN…Until 10 PM EDT this evening.
IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
 ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
 – The remnants of Chantal are moving across the area this afternoon bringing areas of heavy rain. The tropical airmass will bring generally 1 to 2 inches of rainfall across the urban corridor but will have the potential to bring isolated amounts up to 5 inches leading to flash flooding. The showers and thunderstorms will generally come to an end by 7 to 8 pm this evening with any residual flooding from showers today coming to an end during the overnight hours.
