WHAT…Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation, especially in the sheltered valleys.
WHERE…In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties. In Virginia, Eastern Highland and Western Highland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western Pendleton Counties.
WHEN…From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
