ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will most likely start between 3 and 5 PM. The heaviest snow will likely fall between 5 PM and Midnight. Snowfall rates up to an inch per hour are possible at times. Visibility may be reduced in snow and blowing snow to around a quarter of a mile at times. This will lead to difficult travel along I-68 and US-40 west of Big Savage Mountain, US-219 from PA line to WV line, and US-48 west of Moorefield.
