A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect to 6 pm Sunday, June 29, 2025 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: southeastern Baltimore City, northeastern Anne Arundel, southeastern Baltimore.

Until 600 PM EDT.

At 531 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Dundalk, or over Sparrows Point, moving south at 5 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

Baltimore, Riviera Beach, Fort Smallwood State Park, Sparrows Point, Bodkin Point, Back River, North Point State Park, Glen Burnie, Dundalk, Essex, Pasadena, Lake Shore, Ferndale, Brooklyn Park, Edgemere, Fort Howard, Eastpoint, and Turners Station.
