WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
WHERE…Portions of western Maryland, central, northwest, and western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.
WHEN…Until midnight EST tonight.
IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A secondary surge in wind is likely late afternoon into early evening. Strongest winds during both of these time periods will be along the ridges with slightly lower values in the valleys.
