A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect to 3 pm Wednesday, February 11, 2026 including the following jurisdictions.

MARYLAND: western Garrett.
WEST VIRGINIA: western Grant, western Pendleton.

…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON…

WHAT…Freezing drizzle. Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

WHERE…In Maryland, Western Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

WHEN…Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Occasional freezing drizzle may lead to slippery conditions through this afternoon. Precipitation will transition to snow showers this afternoon and could continue through Thursday, with localized amounts of 1 to 3 inches possible.
