WHAT…Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
WHERE…In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
WHEN…Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
