VIRGINIA: Augusta, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Frederick, Page, Warren, Clarke, Albemarle, Greene, Madison, Rappahannock, Orange, Culpeper, Spotsylvania, Fauquier, Loudoun, northwest Prince William.
WEST VIRGINIA: Morgan, Berkeley, Jefferson.
