WHAT…Temperatures in the mid 30s will result in frost formation, especially in sheltered valleys.

WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
