Maryland announced for 2024 NCAA women’s gymnastics tournament

‍
The Maryland Terrapins have been announced for the sixth straight year to the NCAA women’s gymnastics tournament, assigned to the Florida regional in Gainesville, FL to compete in a group against #5 seed Utah, #12 seed Michigan State and Towson.
‍

Maryland is coming off its best scoring regular season in memory that culminated in a fifth place finish in last weekend’s Big Ten Championship, also the team’s best ever finish in the event. The Terps will rematch against the Michigan State team that won the championship.
‍

George Washington did not make the NCAA tournament as a team after finishing third in last weekend’s EAGL Championships but did receive invites for three individual gymnasts to compete in the Arkansas Regional in Fayetteville, AR.
