…WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT SUNDAY…

* WHAT…Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Virginia Blue Ridge and Central Virginia Blue Ridge.

* WHEN…Until 2 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Gusty winds after a soaking rain this morning could lead to the increased potential for downed trees given saturated soils.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
